If there was ever a more perfect way to have a beef burger, this would
be it. The beef is juicy with the delicious blue cheese sauce, caramelized
onions, BBQ lays and spinach all working in perfect harmony between two
perfectly toted buns. Smash burger’s ‘New Yorker’ burger was at the top of my
favorite burgers in the world list but this one right here has taken the top
rank for the best beef burger ever!
This post comes early only because Tomorrow (Tuesday which is my usual
post day) my brother goes in to do a knee surgery, and I’m sure I won’t have
any time to do this blog post tomorrow. So here we are and here you all are
getting this amazing recipe a whole day early. I made this burger about a week
and a half ago. It was Jamaica’s Independence Day and I must have made at least
25 burgers. This one (and a very special one that will posted next week) were
my favorites. There was just something about the flavor of this one. The fire grilled
beef, sweetness from the caramelized
onions, the crunchy bbq chips and the tart salty bite from the blue cheese which
we literally smothered all over the burgers.
I challenge all my greedy gals n guys wait until the end of the month and
have a burger party to celebrate the end of summer. Seriously! and make every
single burger I have made this month , drinks some wine and let me know your
favorite.
