S'mores Sandwich

"Feast of Saint Valentine"

Happy new year guys. Back for another year of  recipes and just as we did last year, we start off with chocolate. The month of January is and always will be dedicated to chocolate (for now). For the first recipe I wanted something very simple, quick, easy and delicious. This recipe will be a hit with anyone who loved the chocolate french toast or anything sweet for that matter.

This is a great recipe for kids to eat and to prepare. As usual though I had to add a special element to this dish. Instead of using regular butter (Which you can use) I used a lovely orange cinnamon compound butter. It added another flavor component to the sandwich. And the best of all the chocolate. Cadbury is my brand or choice, very creamy and sweet and rich.

Makes two sandwiches

 Ingredients (printable ingredient list)

1 tablespoon Orange cinnamon butter
4 slices Bread
3 ounces Milk chocolate
1/4 cup Marshmallows

Use your favorite chocolate, as much marshmallows as you want and let it cook away in your sandwich press until its golden brown and enjoy!
