Back at it again with another pumpkin month. I can’t even lie to you it gets harder and harder every year to come up with 9 new pumpkin recipes. Its year four, and I have decided that I have to get into using all the parts of the pumpkin, skin, flesh and seeds in order to make it through. I find it so funny how I am constantly cooking salmon, the fish that I hated not so long ago. I am constantly on a quest to cook it in different ways, each being better than the last. Not to sound like a broken record yet again, but this is the best salmon I’ve ever made; even better than the honey mustard herb salmon. And if you have ever had the honey mustard herb broiled salmon then you know this is the salmon of every salmon lover’s dream!

You know in the movies when an idea comes to a character? The angels sing, clouds part and a light shines on their faces? This is exactly what happened to me when I concocted this idea to make a burger, but stuff the beef with cheese before cooking.

Does bacon have any limitations? Apparently not, who knew you could make a jam with bacon? It’s a secret that I found out on a BBC food program, about 6 years ago! I always wanted to try it, but I just never got around to it.
