Pancakes to Pumpkins…what is to come

Pancake month is over and Its officially fall, and in conforming to societies set culinary rules, it’s time for pumpkins, and roasts, pies, soups, stews and all things hearty and slow cooked, why? Because it’s time to fatten up for the winter. And since we have Halloween and thanksgiving coming up in North America why not dedicate October to a month of pumpkin.  Its gonna be "Pumpkin Everythang”
And this October, your menu is fully pre planned. You will be waiting on the edge of your seats each week wondering what will the greedy girl cook on a Tuesday and Friday. I have concocted all the October pumpkin recipes from appetizer straight to dessert. There will be a soup, bread, salad, pasta, main course a side and two desserts. Pick, choose and refuse, none of these recipes I have ever made before so we will be surprised together each week at the awesomeness that we can make with a little imagination, creativity and some simple ingredients. You will be all set for thanksgiving dinner when October is over.

In case your still stuck on “Pancake month is over” check out the 'in case you missed it' links below, then buckle up for the ride ahead.
