Brunch, the most epic combination of breakfast and lunch. And
what’s more fitting for brunch, than a pizza with bacon and eggs? I adore breakfast
and it goes without saying that brunch is up there on my list. Lately, I have
been on a pizza high, I don’t know why, but I have just been making all kinds
of pizzas. After the success of the last pizza I decided that the blog is most definitely
in need of a breakfast pizza.

Rotisserie chicken pizza
Rotisserie revamp!
Store bought rotisserie revamp 6: chicken pizza
It’s almost as if rotisserie chicken was made for pizzas. It’s
another great way to use up left over rotisserie chicken meat and make a brand
new and delicious dinner, that everyone will eat without even realizing their
eating 5 day old chicken.

Pepperoni Pizza Omelette
The best way to eat an egg!
Pizza for breakfast is almost as common as having an
omelette. Today we combine the two, a delicious peperoni pizza omelette filled
with mozzarella cheese. Serve this with some toast and you will truly feel as
though you’re eating a slice from your favorite pizza shop.

Potato Asparagus alfredo pizza
M..eat...less
I hope everyone had a great Easter weekend. We had quite a relaxing
time in Ocho Rios at a friend’s guest house. The place had the most spectacular views, was
so breathtaking. Went to the blue hole, dipped in the ocean, had breakfast by
the pool with lovely sea views and finally took in the last few hours of racing
at Dover raceway. Now after all that fun
its back to reality and another blog post. And yes my friends, it’s another
pizza.

Spinach Mushroom Pizza
M...eat...less
Who doesn’t love a great pizza, especially a great healthy pizza. Homemade pizzas are always the best, I love being able to control the ingredients; the perfect amount of sauce cheese and toppings all to my liking. I was told by a friend that he cant eat it because its too healthy for him. I took that as a good sign. This recipe is semi-homemade, as I enlisted the help of Pillsbury and Belcour to make the process even easier.

Red Salmon Flatbread Pizza
Something smells fishy...
I always wondered why people hate canned salmon. It’s my favorite
kind of salmon, normally we have it sautéed with onions tomatoes and peppers
for breakfast with fried dumplings, or for dinner over rice. It’s just so versatile
and yummy, but I have heard from multiple persons that they find it disgusting.
Do you know someone who feels the same way? This recipe was made for them, it
will turn any person into a lover of canned salmon.
