Does the world need another mango chutney recipe? Maybe not but guess what, it’s here anyway. This one is filled with sweet fragrant mangoes. I usually buy chutneys in jars at the supermarket, but decided to try my hand at mango chutney for the last mango recipe of the month.

100% Mango Fruit punch (no sugar or water)

Hurry and make this before mango season is over. Our farm is on the last leg of mangoes and I barely got three mangoes to use in this recipe. This is a drink made from no added sugar or water, bringing new meaning to the term 100 % fruit juices. This post is basically a list of notes and tips, here is how I made this one.

When cilantro, grilled fish and mango show up to the party you know it’s going to be wild. This is by far one of, if not the best salads I have ever had. Flavors are bursting all over, sweet, salty, spicy, Smokey and everything else in between. A very light and delicious summer salad you will probably want to try.

No it’s not curry chicken, it’s just mango. Mango and lime and peppers literally. A very flavorful, simple and easy way to use up the extra mango we will all have in our kitchens because its mango season.

Have I told yall that I hate to bake? I’m sure I say it in every single cake post. But this next disaster takes the cake (no pun intended…well…maybe a little). The flavors are on point, the texture on point, would I make it again yes, but with some serious changes.

Curry Mango Korean Fried Chicken

I can’t recall if I ever blogged about the most delicious Korean fried chicken wings I ever had in my life at Turntable chicken Jazz in NYC. These people know how to make wings! The skin is thin, extremely crispy and light coated with sauce, just pure perfection in every bite. Since tasting them a few months ago I have been really trying to figure out how they do it. Made a few attempts on my own with ok results, delicious but never achieved the superb crisp that chicken jazz does.  Then I decided to bring out the big guns and see if the geniuses at serious eats food lab had taken on the task; praises be to God they pretty much figured it out! I made a few tweaks to their recipe to make the batter perfect for my taste buds and it complemented the epic curry mango sauce.

Its yummy time once again; If you thought my ice-cream making days were over think again, I have so much more creamy love to give. Last year July was all about ice-cream. Today we are taking it back, using Jeni’s splendid ice-cream base again to make a delicious treat

Spicy mango sweet and sour dogs

This is probably one of the most delicious hotdogs I have ever made. Generally my hot dog grilling consists of sausages, honey, bbq sauce and toppings. Since its mango month I had to attempt to make a delicious mango condiment. This wasn’t exactly the condiment I had planned but it worked out just beautifully all the same.

I think skinless grapes have a special place in fruit heaven, because they are just too epic, especially in this recipe. Who doesn’t love chilled fruit cocktail from the can? A whole lot of people do, so imagine those same fruits instead of being soggy and overly sweet, being fresh, vibrant, and crunchy. Not to mention dripping in a mango melon sauce instead of corn syrup? That’s what’s happening in this post, homemade fruit cocktail.
