Probably the simplest cocktail ever, and here I am about to over
complicate everything in the name of flavor. A mimosa is nothing more than a
one to one ratio of orange juice and champagne. To be honest, it can be any
citrus juice mixed with the champagne. Another wonderful way to sneak in wine masqued under the guise of vitamin C.
