The much-requested recipe from my Instagram stories; I am always making this easy dinner, and everyone is always asking for the recipe. Without further adieu, I bring to you an unbelievably delicious chicken and potato dinner. The gag is… you think the chicken will be the star of the show, but the potatoes shoot in from second place for a photo finish. Turns out they end up being the best potatoes you ever ate.

"Christmas is coming"

Don’t you guys love how I am expanding my chicken database on the blog. Not too long ago I was looking real shabby when it came on to chicken and now I’m really starting to build up a mass of recipes, Yay me. In any case this chicken dish is quite flavorful, it could be the browned butter, it could be the pomegranates, the ginger, who knows. Everything came together quite nicely.

 Do you ever notice how pharmacies, department stores and the retail industry in general is always a month or two ahead of all holidays? In September you will see Halloween and thanksgiving costumes and decorations anticipating the holiday. From October and November Christmas decorations are already stocked on shelves.  January can barely breathe before pink roses, chocolates and everything love is splattered all around us constantly reminding us that Valentine ’s Day is fast approaching.

Well it is in this same fashion that my blog will overlook the current holiday and prepare the masses for the future holiday. So even though it’s currently thanksgiving time Greedy girl is here to remind everyone that "Christmas is coming".
