Easy pineapple lime Jam



Brunch knows best

Jams are so amazingly versatile, you might think they are only meant for crackers and bread. But they can really add a delicious element to so many dishes. I’ve put jam on a pizza (which I’ll post a recipe of later) I’ve used jams in BBQ sauces and its my go to ingredient for sweet and sour sauce. All around its something I use often, so it makes sense that I would have a scratch made pineapple jam recipe.

Red stripe lemon paradise fried chicken


"Christmas is coming"


Everybody has been drinking this red stripe lemon beer. I’m not a drinker but I figured if more than four persons are saying it’s delicious, chances are it actually is. My specialty is to cook with alcohol not to drink it. So while I purchased a few and drank almost half a bottle of a cold one I really got them for the chicken.

Saucy Non-meatballs

Almost everyone loves meatballs. Small convenient bite sized morsels that you can just pop in your mouth and enjoy. In my family it’s usually a challenge to make vegetarian dishes that my mother can enjoy while we enjoy our meat. Last year I decided to try my hand at a veggie meatball, since we were having beef meatballs for dinner. Turns out her vegetarian non-meatballs tasted way better than ours, and since then I have been working on the perfect recipe.
