My sister said, what is it about being stuck at home that makes you
want to bake? My answer to that was I do not know. But I for one am in the mood
to just cook and bake up a storm. I am even contemplating making some doughnuts
and bagels. This banana bread is a quick tweak to my existing chocolate chip
banana bread recipe. If you got that recipe down pact, then all you must do is
top it with some streusel and you are good to go.

Nutella stuffed french toast with coffee patron maple syrup
"Feast of Saint Valentine"
My French toast skills just keep growing and growing. I thought the
crunchy pumpkin French toast was good, but “lord have massy” this is yummy. The thick bread is stuffed with
Nutella coated in a hazelnut and vanilla bean flavored batter, rolled in crispy
corn flakes and fried in butter. And
instead of Aunt Jemima, we invited coffee patron to the party. This is the
ultimate Valentine ’s Day breakfast for ya boo.

Ultimate nutella Chocolate Cake
"Feast of Saint Valentine"
I’m finally back from my cooking holiday and a day late as
well. It’s another January and chocolate month is here once more. Let start
things off with a yummy chocolate cake. This is not just any cake though! This
is rich, decadent, chocolaty layers with Nutella frosting and topped with
Ferrero rocher ….sigh…too epic not to try.

Mochaccino Cupcakes
Cake Cake Cake...
Well greedy guys and gals it’s another year and another June, my birthday month. So I decided that a month of baking cakes and cupcakes is in order (let’s forget for a moment that baking is not my forte) I begin with chocolate, simple chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing, black on black. Well not too simple seeing as though I added coffee into the mix.

Chocolate cupcakes with Ganache n bacon
"Feast of Saint Valentine"
Well if is isn't chocolate and meat....again. This time good ole bacon.
Remember as a child, when you did not want your food to touch? Your eggs
bacon and pancakes had to be totally separated. Then you grew a little older
and accidentally had pancakes, bacon and syrup all in one bite. You enjoyed the
salty sweet combo. To seal the deal Mc Donald’s introduced the bacon egg and
cheese mc griddles and you dared to brave this new territory of salty sweets. Yes
I remember too, I think everyone on earth realized at the same time, how great
a combo it was. I’m sure that’s when the world council unanimously decided that
bacon should top everything, not just a breakfast plate. And I totally agree with their decision.
